As you can tell Urk is quite unique.  She is from another universe and was pulled through a portal to the material plane whilst researching a rare tome.  Urk can fly which has proved to be very useful.  However Urk is not a very physical Aarakocra as she was a curator of the great library in the Aerie of Enlightenment, as she keeps reminding us.  Studying is her joy and the thing that seems to make her most happy.

Being someone so learned with very little interaction with others, there seems to be a lack of social skills and there have been a few misunderstandings, especially being from another universe.  Urk does have an annoying habit of talking down to people, she does claim that she has read every book in the worlds greatest libraries, I’m not quite sure that is true but I know that Urk loves to read and wants to preserve all that vast knowledge.  Urk’s belief is that knowledge is the path to power and self-improvement.

Urk does seem to have a large curiosity for all the monsters that we have encountered.  She is more than happy to dissect and take samples and make lots of drawings about all the strange beasts we have defeated, some of which you can find in her beastiary notes which she is begrudgingly going to share with us.
